Symptoms of asthma

Asthma is a chronic airway disease due to inflammation (inflammation) and airway constriction, accompanied by the production of mucus (fluid) which then accumulate in the respiratory tract.

Symptoms of asthma include cough, especially at night, the sound mengik (wheezing), shortness of breath, and chest tightness, pain, and depressed.

These symptoms are not the same for everyone, both the weight and type. In fact, the same people, every different attack symptoms can be different.

For people who do not suffer from asthma, but experiencing the following symptoms, should be wary. It could be that these symptoms are early signs of asthma.

Early symptoms include:

Often the stone-cough, especially at night
Easy shortness of breath
Feeling very tired during physical activity
Breath sounds or cough after physical activity
Frequent colds because allergies (sneezing, runny nose, cough, swollen nose, sore throat, and headache)
It’s hard to sleep at night

Asthma treated by avoiding triggers and by giving the drug.

Precipitating factors may include fatigue, stress, etc.. Usually the patient already knew that anything that can trigger asthma.
